
The Adamawa state House of Assembly has approved a N8.7
billon loan request by governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow.
The approval was sequel to an executive request by Governor
Bindow urging the assembly to enable him secure the loan in order to execute
some critical projects that will impact on the lives of the people of the
state; LEADERSHIP reports.
The term loan ( N8.7) would be consolidated and restructured
into with the state’s existing term loan obligation of N11. 7 billion with Zenith
Bank Plc.
