The member representing Kaba/Magumeri/Gubio Federal
Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives Hon. Mohammed Sanda Ngamdu
has congratulated Muslim faithful in the country on the occasion of the eid el
Fitri celebrations. Hon. Ngamdu a second termer in the House made this known in
a statement signed by his personal aid Comrade Abba Masta said Muslims should
do a proper introspect on their lives after the completion of the fasting
period. He praised their determination to use the fasting period to bring about
improvement in their spiritual lives as Muslims urging them to reenact the
teachings of the Holy Prophet Mohammed (SAW) in their daily activities as
patriotic citizens.
He prayed that Almighty Allah should continue to guide the
country’s leaders in the right direction so they can affect positively on the
lives of the people while delivering on their promises. He promised to continue
doing his best for the people of his constituency and the country at large.
Hon. Sanda Ngamdu while felicitating with Nigerian Muslims,
urged them to remain peaceful in all their dealings. He condemned the
activities of the Boko Haram insurgents which he described as the worst thing
that has happened to Borno state and the North eastern region as a whole. “I
want to appeal to all Muslim faithful to be law abiding during this period of
our Salah celebrations. We must be vigilant in order to forestall the activities
of enemies of our religion masquerading as Muslim die hards” the statement
added.
